Bio

Joscelyn R.K. Martin, Au.D. is a pediatric audiologist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where she has practiced for over 20 years. She received her Master of Arts degree in Audiology and Hearing Sciences from Northwestern University in 1994 and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Central Michigan University in 2002. She holds Pediatric Audiology Specialty Certification (PASC) from the American Board of Audiology.

She is a Distinguished Fellow of the National Academies of Practice. Dr. Martin’s clinical areas of interest include pediatrics and amplification. She has been coordinator of the Mayo Clinic Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) program since its inception in 1999. Dr. Martin has held volunteer roles in several organizations, including the Minnesota Academy of Audiology and the Minnesota Department of Health. Her volunteer roles with the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) include previously serving as chair of the Professional Development Council and the AAA Program Committee. She has served on the board of directors for the AAA Foundation and the American Board of Audiology (ABA).
